Items typically ship with 5 business days. Special orders and alterations may delay shipping up to 7 days.

I have a sizing problem with my gown ?
If you get your gown and it does not fit You can contact us with alteration problems. Many times a gown can be altered to fit anyone.

I have a problem with my order?
If you have Not recieved your item within 14 business days Please Contact us with your order number and method of payment. Remember alterations can delay the shipping of your gown up to 7 days. If you recieved your item and it does not fit or you are unhappy with it and would like to exchange it please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
